I have to keep the bandages on until the 28th. I'm slow at typing, but it is getting easier. I had to take the bandages off to see how my wrist looked, but it wasn't very interesting at all.
The yellow patch is where I was operated on and underneath are my stitches. I decided it best not to take the patch off. I didn't want to pull any stitches off! The Dr. wrote "yes" on my arm so they would operate on the right arm....good thinking Doc!
My Chico mom is doing better too. Her shunt was placed near her collarbone. She said at first it felt like she was punched really hard by her shoulder. Now she is just a little sore. She hasn't started her treatments yet, waiting for some frustrations from the insurance company. I just wish we could be with her and help her get better soon! See you next month though!

Love the blood pic...yuck! Here is a message for your Chico Mom when she reads this...Jean, I have given Jen several "feel better" hugs and some of those were for you. Know that we love you, are thinking of you often and praying for your speedy recovery!
I'm glad that you're on the mend! Hang in there!
God bless :)
